Tuition Level Options

• 4th Year Dental Students- We offer a select number of seats to 4th year dental students who can provide a letter of approval from OUCOD to attend.  Students performing live patient hands on surgeries will be restricted to the limitations of the State of Oklahoma and OUCOD's regulations.
• Military- In gratitude for their service to our country's freedoms, we offer a reduced tuition to active military dentists or reservists who provide dental services in an activate military capacity.
• Recent DDS Graduate- We offer a discounted tuition for those who have attained their Doctor of Dental Surgery within three years of the start date of the Maxicourse.

We offer a $500.00 discount in addition to all other applicable discounts when the tuition is paid in full at time of enrollment a minimum of 60 days in advance of the start date.

• A deposit of $2,500.00 is required to secure enrollment. 
• Tuition installments will be accepted in increments of your choosing with the understanding a minimum of 50% of the overall tuition paid by the first day of the course. 
• Full tuition must be completed no later than the 15th of the 5th Module.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

In the unforeseen event you cannot uphold your commitment to enrollment, you must provide a written request to either: 

• Apply paid tuition to date toward holding a position in a future course.
• Request reimbursement prior to the start of the current course. 

A processing fee of $2,000.00 will be withheld from reimbursement of the paid tuition balance if a reimbursement notification is received two months prior the the first day of the course. An additional $500 will be withheld with each month prior to the start date not to exceed $3,000.00.  

There will be no reimbursement after the start of the course, but in the event of extenuating circumstances may be allowed as a prorated toward the next year's program.
